"I have been a customer for about 4 years. They are always responsive and really just quietly there for us in case we need them. I use the State Farm app which is very easy and rarely need to communicate with my agent or his staff. When I do need them, they are fast and efficient as well as courteous. We recently experienced a storm and had damage to our home. I have had home insurance for over 40 years and never had to claim anything like this. I can say State Farm and my agent (including his staff) were incredible. They walked me through the process with patience. State Farm replaced what we lost fairly. They listened to me and worked with our contractors. You can shop insurance prices to save a few bucks, but when it comes to a serious claim you want an agent like John and State Farm in your corner.
